Load Valley Filling

Load Valley Filling is a form of load (e.g., electricity, resources, etc.) management that increases or builds the off-peak loads. The Load Valley Filling is desirable if the load can be distributed to the surplus capacity in the off-peak times, the average rate for the load can be lowered where the long-run incremental cost is less than the average price. (e.g., Electric vehicle charging services during off-peak electricity demand). (Refer to the Load Management)
