Manufactured Gas is a combustible hydrocarbon gaseous mixture made from coal, coke, or petroleum products for conversion into more valuable fuels such as fuel gas, gasoline, and fuel oil, or raw material for synthesis that may include propane, propylene, butane, butylene, and isobutane, mixed in any proportion or with air. The Manufactured Gas is produced by the separation of hydrocarbons of greater density from natural gas or oil refinery gas.
