Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)

Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) is the average time necessary to identify and repair a fault that is a basic measure of the maintainability of repairable items. A MTTR includes the detection, diagnostic time, repair time, reassembly, alignment, calibration, test time, back to the normal operation, etc., but not include lead time for parts and other administrative or logistic time period.
