Non-Circumvention

Non-Circumvention is a legal document that agrees between the parties do not directly or indirectly contact, deal with transact without the specific written permission of the introducing party. The Non-Circumvent agreement is used to protect the ideas and opportunities under a business deal, and each party shall use the other party’s information only for the purpose of pursuing a business relationship between the parties.
