A Parabolic Dish (or Parabolic Reflector) is a point-focus system with a paraboloid geometry given by the revolution of one half of a parabola around its normal axis that is a reflective surface used to collect or project energy such as light, sound, or radio waves. Parabolic Dish has a bowl shaped dish covered with a highly reflective surface that tracks the sun and concentrates sunlight on a fixed absorber, thereby achieving high temperatures used to collect energy from a distant source.
