Project Alliancing (or Alliance Contracting)

Project Alliancing (or Alliance Contracting) is a collaborative project management approach used in construction and engineering projects that is a legal framework established relationships between two or more parties and explains how risks and responsibilities should be shared by the parties in producing the project and accomplishing its goals. The Project Alliancing involves in the project, such as the owner, contractors, designers, and key suppliers to improve project outcomes by encourage open communication, trust, and collaboration among all stakeholders.
