Project Due Diligence is the process of conducting a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of the project candidates, in order to identify proper methods and opportunities for developing them into viable reality before making a contract or business decision. The Project Due Diligence involves gathering and analysing relevant information and data to determine the feasibility, risks, and potential returns associated with the project that may be proceeded: Assessment of Promoter History and Background; Evaluation of the Company and Project Business Model; Legal Due Diligence; Analysis of Financial Statements and Structure.
