A Goal is an aim or purpose supported by broad statements that is a big picture of what the organisation wants to achieve, or the final outcome to be, and having one or more objectives. The Project Goal is the project team to achieve the project needs that is simply stated and must be achievable, measurable, specific, and realistic for the project team as well as internal and external organisations including the contract parties.
