Project Intelligence is the capacity of a project team or organisation to gather, analyse, and use information and insights effectively throughout the project lifecycle that involves the strategic use of data, information, and knowledge to make informed decisions, mitigate risks, and enhance the overall performance and success of a project. The Project Intelligence Systems combine human and machine intelligence in ways that result in more efficient and effective problem identification, prevention, and resolution.
