Project Mission Statement

A Project Mission Statement is to identify the Project’s goals and objectives, and to justify values with a brief description of the methods to be performed. The Project Mission Statement defines the fundamental purpose of the organisation and the desired level of performance to motivate term members to work at a certain standard within the project scope of work that states what to do and how intend to do with simple and memorable key words.
