Scandium (Sc)

Scandium (Sc) is a chemical element with atomic number (Z) 21, group 3, period 4, and atomic weight 44.956. The Scandium (Sc) is a soft, silvery transition element which occurs in rare minerals that is a slightly yellowish or pinkish cast when exposed to air, used in equipment such as colour televisions, fluorescent lamps, energy-saving lamps and glasses.
