A Subcontractor is a company or individual being contracted by a main contractor to perform work or carry out or deliver services, labour, or materials as a part under the main contractor management. The Subcontract is an agreement or arrangement with the main contractor in which any person of the subcontractor do not stand in the relationship of a company employer and employee.
