Without Prejudice

Without Prejudice is a term used by solicitors in negotiations over disputes where an offer is made in an attempt to avoid going to court that is not intended to affect any right of either party, and can be disclosed as an evidence, if the case go to a court and no offer or facts stated. The Without Prejudice is often misused by businesses during negotiations when they actually mean subject to contract. (e.g., If a decision or action is made without prejudice to a right, you continue to have that right.)
