Technostress

Technostress is a type of stress that is caused by the rapid changes in technology and occurs as a result of the inability to meet the changing competencies. People experience technostress when they cannot adapt to or cope with information technologies in a healthy manner. Technostress is defined the first time in 1984 that is a syndrome of a state of stress, or an abnormal response characterised by specific symptoms at the cardiocirculatory, mental and neurological levels, and in 2007, the syndrome has been recognised as an occupational disease which is the Technostress need to be included in the document of work-related risk assessment.
