Thermodynamic Equilibrium is in thermal equilibrium, mechanical equilibrium, radiative equilibrium and chemical equilibrium that is an internal state of a single thermodynamic system, or a relation between several thermodynamic systems connected by more or less permeable or impermeable walls.
