Appraisal is an ​act of ​examination and evaluation work process of the individual, team's, or organisation's performance to record and recognise success or quality through the feedback assessment. Appraisals for internal and external including the key personnel and organisation of sub-contractors, contractors or suppliers help for the future project and business.
