Metric System

A Metric System (more formally called the MKS (Metre, Kilogram, and Second) system) is a unit measurement system that measures length in metres; mass in kilograms; time in seconds, and capacity in litres, temperature in degrees Celsius. The Metric System is formally replaced by the very similar standard International System (SI) Units. (Refer to the CGS Unit)
