Project Alignment Meeting

A Project Alignment Meeting is required an agreement and consensus with the internal/external functional organisations to develop a common understanding of the purposes and goals of the project, and methods of how to achieve them among the key project participants and stakeholders. The Project Alignment Meeting should be held in the beginning of the project (project initiation phase), possibly during the project kick-off meeting. (Refer to the Alignment Meeting)
