Activity Plan (AP)

Activity Plan (AP) is a detailed plan developed for each Individual activities performed by a discipline on a project that can be defined as a sequence of step activities. An AP provides a reference for the procedure to be followed in performing the activity including strategies for how to achieve goals and objectives of the Individual activity, and to provide the verification method to be used in the activity.
