An Arrhythmia is an irregular or abnormal heartbeat that is dysrhythmia or irregular heart rhythm. Many heart arrhythmias are harmless; however, if they are particularly abnormal, or result from a weak or damaged heart, arrhythmias can cause serious and even potentially fatal symptoms.
