Balancing Agreement

A Balancing Agreement is a contract among parties of the production of a gas well used to define procedures for the capacities in pipelines or productions from gas fields. The Balancing Agreement agrees to specify the gas custody transfer procedures for confirmation of scheduled quantities for balancing discrepancies between the nominated levels of produced gas quantities and the actual serviced quantities at delivery or receipt points.
