Black List (or Blacklist)

Black List (or Blacklist) is a list of people, countries, or goods that is considered by a particular authority or group to be unacceptable and should be avoided and not trusted.

Reference Definition by Schlumberger Oilfield Glossary: Black List is a list of products considered unsuitable by the Oslo and Paris Commission (OSPAR) for discharge, including mercury, cadmium and ‘persistent oils and hydrocarbons of a petroleum origin.
