Boilerplate Clause

Boilerplate Clause is a legal English term that is used in conjunction with contract law, usually appear at the end of a contract. The Boilerplate Clause is used to describe the more generic clauses that appears in most agreements, such term refers to the relatively standardised clauses in contracts, which are often agreed with little or no negotiation and found towards the end of an agreement.
