ERGEG (European Regulators’ Group for Electricity and Gas)

The European Regulators’ Group for Electricity and Gas (ERGEG) is the European Commission’s formal advisory group of energy regulators. ERGEG was established by the European Commission, in November 2003, to assist the Commission in creating a single-EU market for electricity and gas. ERGEG’s members are the heads of the national energy regulatory authorities in the EU Member States. (Source: Gas Strategies)
