Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Assessment (EERA)

An Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Assessment (EERA) is a technique to assess the performance of the escape, evacuation, and rescue (EER) arrangements and measurements in the oil and gas business, maritime and offshore wind firms, including transportations and buildings. EERA is described followed by a review of the factors which should be considered, the options available for upgrading the facilities, and added with the implementation of suitable emergency response procedures and training.
