Ex post Control (Ex-post Control) is the performance evaluation process after the activity or project have been fully completed. The Ex-post Control comprises the performance of legal responsibilities, financial audits and other checks on the compliance of implementation of the specific actions or projects to verify the costs declared in the financial statements have been properly incurred and to forecast the probability of incurring a loss on an investment.
