Experience Based Criteria

Experience Based Criteria is the risk criteria that is created through the transformation of experience, and calibrated or validated against established consensus as reflected in historical tolerance of major hazard risks. Kolb's Experiential Learning Theory (Kolb, 1984) defines experiential learning as "the process whereby knowledge is created through the transformation of experience."
