Field Project Control

Field Project Controls are to support construction management methodologies that focus on controlling the schedule and cost of the project construction at the site. The Field Project Controls are responsible for developing analysis and reporting associated with various project controls activities, such as cost estimating, analysis, and schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, recovery plan development, and variance analysis, etc., that may need a forecasting ability, developing corrective action plan, and proceeding change management process with construction team members to support a right and effective decision making.
