Highly Hazardous Chemical

Highly Hazardous Chemical is any chemical which can cause a physical or a health hazard that is toxic, reactive, or flammable and capable of causing a process safety incident if released. These materials are included in OSHA’s PSM Standard, 29 CFR 1910.119.
