Holiday Test

A Holiday Test is a technique used to detect defects or discontinuities in insulating coatings applied to metal surfaces for holidays using an instrument that applies a voltage between the external surface of the coating and conductive substrate, typically in industries like pipelines, storage tanks, and other structures subject to corrosion. (e.g., PE coated underground piping, etc.)
