Laissez Faire Leadership

Laissez Faire Leadership is one of the leadership or management styles in which leaders are hands-off and allow group members to make the decisions based on trust that leads to the lowest productivity. The Laissez Faire Leadership manager delivers the least possible guidance to members, and try to achieve control through less obvious involvement. Laissez Faire means ‘let it do’ or ‘leave alone’, also known as delegative leadership.
