Photobiological Hydrogen Production

Photobiological Hydrogen Production is a hydrogen production process using the algae that has potential to be one of the most cost effective ways to produce hydrogen from renewable energy. The Photobiological Hydrogen Production focuses on the bioenergetics of photobiological hydrogen production by various phototrophs, namely purple non-sulphur bacteria, green sulphur bacteria, cyanobacteria, and green algae. (e.g., an enzyme splits water molecules; some bacteria produce hydrogen after they grow on a substrate)
