Prohibition Notice

Prohibition Notice is issued when the work activities give rise to a risk of serious personal injury that stops work in order to prevent serious personal injury. The Prohibition Notice is enforced by authorities (e.g., management, inspector, etc.) to achieve the workplace safeties from the serious risks, securing compliance with health and safety law and preventing harm, etc., that is typically used in the context of workplace safety, environmental protection, public health, or other areas where regulatory compliance is essential.
