Controlling is the analysing of any gaps from original plans, and developing the corrective action plans for the achievement of the original targets and goals. The Project Controlling is to foresee or identify and analyse any gaps from original plans, and to develop the corrective action plans to meet the project targets and goals, or to evaluate project new goals and targets that is needed the forecasting ability, developing corrective action plan and change management.
