Resource Levelling

Resource Levelling is a resource optimisation technique in the project controls decision that aims to distribute the works between resources (e.g., time, materials, labour, and money) fairly to make the project schedule realistic and achievable, and complete the most economical way of the project with the available resources. The Resource Levelling resolves the overallocation or scheduling conflicts to that uses to balance the workload of primary resources over the overall project duration, usually at the expense of one of the project constraints. (e.g., time, cost, quality, safety, performance, etc.) (Refer to the Resource Allocation Planning)
