Resource Loaded Schedule

Resource Loaded Schedule is a project schedule with the allocation resources (e.g., staffs, labours, cost, equipment, and materials, etc.) which are needed to complete the activities and project as per the schedule that explains how project resources are supposed to be consumed throughout scheduled project duration and whether allocation rules appear to be effective to ensure appropriate resource allocation. Resource Loaded Schedule is typically assigned a percentage of some project resources that is adjusted each resource assignments accordingly, and assigned additional project percentages until the resources are reached 100%.
