Working Capital (WC)

Working Capital (WC) is the amount of money belonging to a company that is immediately available for business use or maintaining organisation for the daily operations. A Working Capital Cost (WCC) is equal to current assets minus current liabilities that is included in the company’s balance sheet. The prime measure of the Working Capital Cost is for short-term liquidity of an organisation. (Refer to the Capital Cost)
