Fine Particle

A Fine Particle is smaller than 0.1 µm are referred to as ultrafine particles (PM0.1) that is a complex mixture of extremely small particles and liquid droplets that get into the air. The Fine Particle is largely formed from gases, and Ultrafine particles are formed by nucleation, which is the initial stage in which gas becomes a particle. (Refer to the Particulate Matter (PM))
