Hydrocyclone (shortened form Cyclone) is a solid particle control equipment that separates particles in a liquid suspension based on the ratio of their centripetal force to fluid resistance. The Hydrocyclone is to separate and classify by the size of the cone as either desanders (larger in diameter) or desilters (smaller in diameter).
